目的：探讨在冠心病心绞痛患者中实施葛根素注射液治疗的临床价值。方法随机将近三年到我院治疗的200例冠心病心绞痛病例均分成两组，对照组100例根据常规心血管内科标准用药，观察组100例选择葛根素注射液治疗，连续施治2周后，研究和评估两组的临床改善情况。结果观察组施治后的心绞痛与心电图总有效率各达到94.0%和71.0%，相比对照组的80.0%和54.0%明显增高，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间，两组均未见严重不良症状发生。结论选择葛根素注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者进行治疗，疗效更加理想、安全，更利于对心绞痛症状的控制，适合加强推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the implementation of Puerarin in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the injection therapy.Methods:200 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients were nearly three years to our hospital were divided into two groups, 100 cases in the control group based on the routine cardiovascular department of internal medicine standard medication, the observation group of 100 cases selected Puerarin Injection treatment, after 2 weeks of continuous treatment, research and clinical evaluation of two groups to improve the situation.Results: The ob-servation group after treatment of angina and ECG total effective rate reached 94% and 71%, 80% and 54% compared with the control group increased significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.05). During the treatment, the two groups had no severe adverse symptoms.Conclusion:For patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treatment options Puerarin Injection, the effect is more ideal, safe, more conducive to the control of the symptoms of angina pectoris, suitable for promotion.
