目的：介绍运用 Ilizarov 技术结合弹性髓内钉治疗先天性胫骨假关节。方法通过去除假关节病灶和病灶周围骨膜,用弹性髓内钉矫正力线,Ilizarov 外固定器断端加压治疗先天性胫骨假关节。结果8例患者术后假关节全部愈合,愈合时间3~6个月,平均愈合时间4.5个月。结论运用 Ilizarov 技术结合弹性髓内钉治疗先天性胫骨假关节临床疗效可靠,拆除 Ilizarov 外固定架后弹性髓内钉仍可提供适当保护,而且不影响患肢生长。
목적：개소운용 Ilizarov 기술결합탄성수내정치료선천성경골가관절。방법통과거제가관절병조화병조주위골막,용탄성수내정교정력선,Ilizarov 외고정기단단가압치료선천성경골가관절。결과8례환자술후가관절전부유합,유합시간3~6개월,평균유합시간4.5개월。결론운용 Ilizarov 기술결합탄성수내정치료선천성경골가관절림상료효가고,탁제 Ilizarov 외고정가후탄성수내정잉가제공괄당보호,이차불영향환지생장。
Objective To report Ilizarov technique and elastic intramedullary nailing for congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia. Methods A total of eight patients with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia were treated by resection of the pseudarthrosis and peril-esional periosteum. The force line was corrected by elastic intramedullary nail and the ends were fixed and compressed with Ilizarov external fixator. Results All congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia healed after 3 to 6 months(average 4. 5 months). Conclusion Treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia with Ilizarov technique and elastic intramedullary nailing is effective and reliable. The elastic intramedullary nail could give protections after removal of the Ilizarov external fixator and the elastic intramedullary nail does not disturb the bone growth of tibia.
