目的 探讨基于网络云计算的视知觉学习系统在弱视治疗中的临床效果.方法 临床实验研究.收集2014年1-5月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院眼科门诊就诊的单眼或双眼弱视患者60例(88眼),年龄5~19岁,随机分为A组(30例,43眼)和B组(30例,45眼).A组进行传统精细作业训练,B组进行基于网络云计算的视知觉训练,2组均配合常规遮盖疗法,训练3个月,对比2组弱视眼最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及双眼的对比敏感度变化,相关数据采用方差分析和t检验,对比敏感度的比较进行Bonferroni校正检验.结果 经过1个月的训练,2组弱视眼视力均有提高,B组提高优于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.405,P<0.05).训练3个月后,2组视力及对比敏感度均有提高,其中B组视力提高较A组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.883,P<0.05),并且B组中单眼弱视患者的相对“健眼”中频区的对比敏感度也有显著提高(t=-3.580,P<0.008 3).结论 基于网络云计算的视知觉训练能快速有效地提高弱视患者的视功能,有望成为弱视治疗的一种新方法.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of visual perception training system based on cloud computing.Methods This was a clinical trials study.Eighty-eight of sixty cases of monocular or binocular amblyopia aged from 5 to 19 years old were collected from hospital data during January to May 2014,and were randomly divided into Group A (43 eyes of 30 cases)and Group B (45 eyes of 30 cases).Subjects in Group A received the near work,Group B were trained with visual perception training based on cloud computing.Both groups trained for 3 months.Occlusion therapy was used in the unilateral amblyopic patients.Visual acuity and contrast sensitivity were compared between the two groups.Data were analyzed using ANOVA and t-test,and compare of contrast sensitivity using Bonferroni.Results After one month's training,visual acuity in amblyopic eyes were improved in both groups,but the improvement was larger in Group B (t=-2.405,P<O.05).After three months' training,visual acuity and contrast sensitivity were both improved in two groups,but the improvement was more significant in Group B (t=-2.883,P<O.05).For the monocular amblyopic patients,the "fellow eye" in Group B also showed a significant improvement in contrast sensitivity at medium spatial frequency (t=-3.580,P<0.008 3),but there were no significant differences in Group A.Conclusion The visual perception training method based on cloud computing can effectively improve the visual function in amblyopic patients,and is expected to become a new way for treatment of amblyopia.
