为了适应黑龙江省鸡西市高寒地区低浓度瓦斯发电的建设，提高煤矿瓦斯利用率，鸡西矿业集团在低浓度瓦斯输送系统和主要设备设施等方面进行了创新改进，将高浓度瓦斯发电工艺设备改造成低浓度瓦斯发电工艺设备。通过运行实践，改造后的低浓度瓦斯发电系统运行可靠、安全。通过开展瓦斯发电机组余热利用回收，实现了低浓度瓦斯发电技术的全面安全环保，提高瓦斯开发利用率达到25％以上。

In order to adapt low concentration gas electricity generation construction in Jixi Coal Mine Group which are extremely cold area and improve utilization rate of coal mine gas,Jixi Coal Mine Group innovational improved low concentration gas transportation system,key equip-ment,facilities and so on. The high concentration gas generating techniques and equipment is up-dating to low concentration gas generating techniques and equipment. After operation practicing, the updating low concentration gas power generating system operated reliable and safety. Accord-ing to launching utilization and recycling waste-heat of gas generator set,low concentration gas power generating techniques achieved completely safety and environmental protection,and ex-ploitation and utilization rating of gas were improved more than 25%.
