煤层瓦斯含量井下直接测定结果的准确性很大程度上取决于所取煤样的质量。针对松软高突煤层中取样问题的现状,展开了 SDQ-73型深孔取样装置在松软高突煤层的适用性研究。通过在首山一矿二1煤层12050、12061工作面的井下试验,分别完成了 SDQ-73取样适用性试验及孔口接粉取样试验,并对两种取样方法的测试结果进行对比分析,得出该深孔快速取样装置可实现在松软高突煤层中的深孔、定点、快速取样,且取样质量明显高于传统的孔口接粉取样,完全符合 GB/T23250《煤层瓦斯含量井下直接测定方法》的取样要求。
煤層瓦斯含量井下直接測定結果的準確性很大程度上取決于所取煤樣的質量。針對鬆軟高突煤層中取樣問題的現狀,展開瞭 SDQ-73型深孔取樣裝置在鬆軟高突煤層的適用性研究。通過在首山一礦二1煤層12050、12061工作麵的井下試驗,分彆完成瞭 SDQ-73取樣適用性試驗及孔口接粉取樣試驗,併對兩種取樣方法的測試結果進行對比分析,得齣該深孔快速取樣裝置可實現在鬆軟高突煤層中的深孔、定點、快速取樣,且取樣質量明顯高于傳統的孔口接粉取樣,完全符閤 GB/T23250《煤層瓦斯含量井下直接測定方法》的取樣要求。

The accuracy of gas content determined directly in the coal seam of the under-ground mines depends largely on the quality of coal samples. For the soft and high outburst coal seam sampling problem,this paper did the research on the applicability of SDQ-73 type deep-hole sampling device in the soft and high outburst coal seam;the sampling tests were done respective-ly by the SDQ-73 type deep-hole sampling and the orifice powder sampling in 12050 and 12061 working faces of 2 1 coal seam in Shoushan No. 1 Coal Mine,and the test results by the two sam-pling methods were compared and analyzed. the SDQ-73 type deep-hole samplings device can sample fast in the deep hole and the targeted location of the soft and high outburst coal seam and the sample quality was significantly higher than that of the traditional orifice powder sampling, and was fully in line with the sampling requirements in GB / T23250 " the direct determination method of underground coal seam gas content".
