目的：探讨在复治涂阳肺结核患者中实施左氧氟沙星配合抗结核方案治疗的临床价值。方法通过随机对照法将近3年到我院治疗的54例复治涂阳肺结核患者等分成两组，对照组27例单纯予抗结核(3HRZE/6HRE)方案治疗，观察组27例增加左氧氟沙星用药，研究两组的临床防治情况。结果观察组用药后的病灶吸收率、痰菌阴转率分别达到85.2%和96.3%，相比对照组的59.3%和63.0%明显增高，有统计学意义(P<0.05)，用药期间虽有毒性症状出现，但两组的发生率比较相当，不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对复治涂阳肺结核患者实施左氧氟沙星与抗结核方案共同治疗，疗效更加理想、安全，更利于促进病灶吸收，适合加强推广。

Objective: To investigate the retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the implementation of levofloxacin combined with anti tuberculosis regimen in the treatment of clinical value. Methods: By using the method of randomized controlled nearly 3 years to 54 patients treated in our hospital Retreatment Smear Positive Pulmonary tuberculosis were equally divided into two groups, the control group (27 cases) treated by anti tuberculosis (3HRZE/6HRE) regimen in the treatment of observation group (27 cases) increased levofloxacin treatment and study the clinical prevention and treatment of two groups of.Results: Treatment group were observed after the focus absorption rate, the sputum negative conversion rate of 85.2%and 96.3% respectively, control group of 59.3% and 63%, which was significantly higher than that of the, have statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05), during the course of medication although toxic symptoms, but the two groups the incidence of a, not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Of retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with implementation of levoflox-acin and scheme of anti tuberculosis treatment, effect is more ideal, safe, more conducive to the promotion of focus absorption, suitable for strengthen the promotion.
