目的：探究和分析中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年1月份到2015年1月份接收的慢性盆腔炎患者172例为主要对象，随机分成对照组和实验组，各86例。对照组给予西医治疗，实验组给予中西结合治疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在总有效率比较上，实验组比对照组高，差异明显，P<0.05，提示有统计学意义；在盆腔炎复发率比较上，实验组比对照组低，差异明显，P<0.05，提示有统计学意义。结论采用中西医结合对慢性盆腔炎进行治疗，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，值得普及。

목적：탐구화분석중서의결합치료만성분강염적림상효과。방법선택아원2013년1월빈도2015년1월빈접수적만성분강염환자172례위주요대상，수궤분성대조조화실험조，각86례。대조조급여서의치료，실험조급여중서결합치료。관찰화비교량조환자적치료효과。결과재총유효솔비교상，실험조비대조조고，차이명현，P<0.05，제시유통계학의의；재분강염복발솔비교상，실험조비대조조저，차이명현，P<0.05，제시유통계학의의。결론채용중서의결합대만성분강염진행치료，능구유효개선환자적림상증상，치득보급。
Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Chinese and Western medicine. Methods: In our hospital in January 2013 to January 2015 receiving chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were 172 cases as the main object, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 86 cases in each. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with Chinese and Western medi-cine.. Observation and comparison of the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results: In the total efficiency comparison, the experimental group than in the control group, significant difference,P<0.05, suggesting that there was significant; in the pel-vic recurrence rate, the experimental group is lower than that of control group, the difference was significant,P<0.05, suggesting that was statistically significant.Conclusion: The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with integrated Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worth popularizing.
