通过对三种测算方法的比较分析,我们采用索洛余值法测算2006-2015年煤炭行业科技进步贡献率。经过数据的收集处理、回归分析以及参数计算,得出“十一五”期间和“十二五”期末的煤炭科技进步贡献率分别为24.49%和37.82%。2015年煤炭科技进步贡献率为46.60%。其结果大体符合我国煤炭行业的发展形势,能够反映煤炭科技进步贡献率的整体状况。

The contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is a comprehensive index which reflects science and technology progress,and has significant referential meaning of long-term developing trend and the relationship between economic growth with science and tech-nology progress,labor and capital. Through comparative analysis of three calculation methods, we used solow residual method to calculate the coal industry contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in 2006-2015. It is concluded that the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress during the period of 1 1th five-year plan and the end of 12th five-year plan are 24.49% and 37.82% respectively. The predicted contribution rate of scientific and technolog-ical progress is 46.60% in 2015. The results generally conform to the development situation of coal industry in our country and reflect the overall condition of contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in coal industry.
