目的:探讨选取有效方案治疗妇产科弥漫性血管内凝临床效果。方法本次选取弥漫性血管内凝血40例,均为我院2013年5月~2014年5月收治,回顾临床救治方案。结果本组选取的病例,均抢救成功,新生儿存活38例,占95%;死亡2例,占5%。治疗前凝血酶原时间(18.3±2.5)s,治疗后(4.2±3.1)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗妇产科弥漫性血管内凝血病例时,需依据病发原因和机体的具体条件,选择合理、科学的治疗方案,并对患者体内促凝物质向血液循环进入阻断,使致病因素消除,并对适量凝血因子及时补充,发挥积极的治疗作用,进而最大程度的保障预后。

Objective Discussion choose effective regimen obstetrics disseminated intravascular coagulation clinical results.MethodsWe selected 40 cases with disseminated intravascular coagulation in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014,and were treated to review clinical treatment programs. Results The group of selected patients,were rescued,38 cases of neonatal survival,95%,two cases of death,accounting for 5%. Before treatment prothrombin time(18.3±2.5)s,after treatment(4.2±3.1)s,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation obstetrics and gynecology cases,the disease causes and needs based on the specific conditions of the body,the rational and scientific treatment options,and the patient's body to a procoagulant blood circulation into the block,so that pathogenic factors eliminated,and replenish the right amount of coagulation factors,play an active role in treatment,prognosis and thus the greatest degree of protection.
