目的：随机对照研究小切口和标准后胸切口开胸治疗食道癌的临床效果。方法选择2004年1月～2015年1月我院收治的56例食道癌患者作为研究对象，根据不同治疗手术方法，把56例患者随机均分为对照组与观察组。观察两组患者的手术效果、手术时间及术中出血量、胸引管日引流量、胸引管留置时间、镇痛泵的留置时间等进行对照分析。结果两组患者手术疗效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸引管日引流量及胸引管留置时间、镇痛泵留置时间等对比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小切口和标准后胸切口开胸治疗食道癌随机对照研究发现，两种不同的手术方式在手术疗效上并没有差异，不过小切口开胸术手术时间短、术中出血量少，而且术后胸引管与镇痛泵的留置时间、住院时间短。
목적：수궤대조연구소절구화표준후흉절구개흉치료식도암적림상효과。방법선택2004년1월～2015년1월아원수치적56례식도암환자작위연구대상，근거불동치료수술방법，파56례환자수궤균분위대조조여관찰조。관찰량조환자적수술효과、수술시간급술중출혈량、흉인관일인류량、흉인관류치시간、진통빙적류치시간등진행대조분석。결과량조환자수술료효차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；량조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、술후흉인관일인류량급흉인관류치시간、진통빙류치시간등대비차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소절구화표준후흉절구개흉치료식도암수궤대조연구발현，량충불동적수술방식재수술료효상병몰유차이，불과소절구개흉술수술시간단、술중출혈량소，이차술후흉인관여진통빙적류치시간、주원시간단。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of smal incision and standard chest incision thoracotomy for the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods Between January 2004 and January 2015,the 56 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital as the research object,according to the different treatment methods,56 cases were divided into control group and observation group in random. To observe the surgical effect of two groups of patients, operative time and intraoperative blood loss,chest tube,led traffic,chest tube indweling time,comparing the indweling time of analgesia pump analysis. Results No difference between the two groups of patients with surgical curative effect,no statistical significance(P> 0.05). Two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative patients with chest tube,led traffic and chest tube indweling time and analgesia pump indweling time comparison difference to be markedly,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion Two different ways of operation on the surgical curative effect and no significant difference,but smal incision thoracotomy surgical operation time is short,less intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative chest tube and analgesia pump the indweling time,shorter hospitalization time.
