目的：对比腹腔镜及开腹手术在大肠癌治疗的有效性观察。方法将2012年1月～2014年1月间我院接诊的110例大肠癌患者按照接诊顺序的单双号均分为两组，单号组进行腹腔镜手术治疗（观察组），双号组进行开腹手术治疗（对照组），对比观察二者的临床治疗效果及患者满意度。结果观察组患者在手术时间、术中出血量及术后排气时间方面均明于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05；在患者满意度方面，观察组的98.18%高于对照组的87.27%，二者差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论对于大肠癌患者来讲，采用腹腔镜手术治疗不仅可以有效减少手术时间、术中出血量及术后排气时间，而且还能提高患者满意度。
목적：대비복강경급개복수술재대장암치료적유효성관찰。방법장2012년1월～2014년1월간아원접진적110례대장암환자안조접진순서적단쌍호균분위량조，단호조진행복강경수술치료（관찰조），쌍호조진행개복수술치료（대조조），대비관찰이자적림상치료효과급환자만의도。결과관찰조환자재수술시간、술중출혈량급술후배기시간방면균명우대조조，차이구유통계학의의，P<0.05；재환자만의도방면，관찰조적98.18%고우대조조적87.27%，이자차이구유통계학의의，P<0.05。결론대우대장암환자래강，채용복강경수술치료불부가이유효감소수술시간、술중출혈량급술후배기시간，이차환능제고환자만의도。
Objective To observe the comparative effectiveness of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Between January 2012 to January 2014,110 patients with colorectal cancer according to the admissions of the order were divided into two groups of odd and even numbers,odd numbers laparoscopic surgery group(study group),double,open surgery group(control group),compared to both the clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction.ResultsThe patients in the operative time,blood loss and postoperative discharge time were significantly less than the control group terms,the difference was statisticaly significant,P< 0.05,in terms of patient satisfaction,98.18% in the observation group higher than the 87.27%,the difference was significant,with statistical significance,P< 0.05.Conclusion For patients with colorectal cancer,the use of laparoscopic surgery can not only effectively reduce the operation time,blood loss and postoperative discharge time,but also improve patient satisfaction.
