采用化学共沉积方法分别制备不含添加剂和含0.5%(质量分数) CuO、Bi2O3、In2O3添加剂的AgSnO2(12)粉末,经等静压、烧结、挤压、拉拔至?1.38 mm规格线材后最终制成3×0.8+1.5×1.5规格的铆钉型触头,对线材硬度、电阻率、抗拉强度、断后伸长率及其制打的铆钉型触头表面质量进行了检测和分析。
採用化學共沉積方法分彆製備不含添加劑和含0.5%(質量分數) CuO、Bi2O3、In2O3添加劑的AgSnO2(12)粉末,經等靜壓、燒結、擠壓、拉拔至?1.38 mm規格線材後最終製成3×0.8+1.5×1.5規格的鉚釘型觸頭,對線材硬度、電阻率、抗拉彊度、斷後伸長率及其製打的鉚釘型觸頭錶麵質量進行瞭檢測和分析。

Four kinds of powders with different additives were prepared by Chemical co-precipita-tion method as no additives, 0.5% CuO, 0.5% Bi2O3, 0.5% In2O3 was added to AgSnO2(12) powders. Wires(?1.38 mm) were obtained from powders by following process flows which were isostatic pressing, sintering pressing and wire drawing. Finally, rivets(3 × 0.8+1.5 × 1.5) were prepared by the wires. The hardness, resistivity, tensile strength, elongation after fracture of wires and the surface quality of rivets have been tested and analyzed.
