目的：对一期前后联合手术减压固定治疗严重下颈椎骨折脱位效果观察。方法选取我院2013年2～8月收治的下颈椎骨折脱位患者26例，采用一期前后联合手术减压固定的手段进行治疗与护理。结果手术之后的3～16个月，对患者实行跟踪调查，神经功能得到了较大的改善，都在一级以上，没有出现与手术相关的并发症，也没有出现内植物松动与断链的病例，患者恢复良好。结论一期前后联合手术减压固定对下颈椎骨折脱位的治疗具有一定的效果，有利于患者的快速康复。
목적：대일기전후연합수술감압고정치료엄중하경추골절탈위효과관찰。방법선취아원2013년2～8월수치적하경추골절탈위환자26례，채용일기전후연합수술감압고정적수단진행치료여호리。결과수술지후적3～16개월，대환자실행근종조사，신경공능득도료교대적개선，도재일급이상，몰유출현여수술상관적병발증，야몰유출현내식물송동여단련적병례，환자회복량호。결론일기전후연합수술감압고정대하경추골절탈위적치료구유일정적효과，유리우환자적쾌속강복。
Objective To observe the effect of treating severe fracture and dislocation of the lower cervical spine with primary combined anterior-posterior decompression and fixation.Methods26 cases of patients with fracture and dislocation of the lower cervical spine admitted in our hospital at the time of February 2013 to August 2013 were chosen for study,they received the treatment of primary combined anterior-posterior decompression and fixation and the relevant nursing intervention.Results During the time of 3 to 16 months after the operation,tracking surveys of the patients were carried out, neurological functions of the patients were greatly improved at least one grade,there was no complications associated with the surgeries,also no cases of loosening of the implant and chain scission,the patients made a good recovery.Conclusion Primary combined anterior-posterior decompression and fixation has a certain effect in the treatment of lower cervical fractures and dislocations,it is beneficial to the rapid rehabilitation of the patients.
