战略管理理论视角下，组织合法性是初创组织获得资源的前提。文章以Scott(1995)对组织合法性的分类以及Zimmer－man&Zeitz(2002)对组织合法性获得战略的分类为基础，搭建起二维分析框架，运用解释性案例研究方法，对初创农民合作社如何运用不同的战略以获得不同的合法性进行分析。研究发现，初创农民合作社通过适应环境战略获得规制合法性，通过适应环境战略和控制环境的战略获得规范合法性和认知合法性。同时发现，初创农民合作社在获得合法性时，并没有运用选择环境战略和创造环境战略。该研究不仅赋予组织合法性全新的研究背景，同时对初创农民合作社如何取得合法性以获得创业资源具有指导意义。

Viewed from the perspective of strategic management theory, organizational legitimacy is the premise for start-up orga-nizations to obtain resources. Based on the classification of both organizational legitimacy of Scott(1995) and acquisition strategy of orga-nizational legitimacy of Zimmerman and Zeitz(2002), this paper sets up a two-dimensional analysis framework by using explanatory case study method to analyze how start-up agricultural cooperatives and uses different strategies to obtain different legitimacy. It is found that start-up agricultural cooperatives obtain regulative legitimacy through adaptive environmental strategy , and acquire normative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy through adaptive environmental strategy and control environmental strategy. It is also found that the start-up agricultural cooperatives doesn't use the selection environmental strategy and creation environmental strategy in gaining legitimacy. The study not only provides a new research background for the organizational legitimacy , but also is instructive about how start-up agricultural cooperatives to obtain legitimacy for entrepreneurial resources.
