为了实现低温推进剂的长期在轨贮存,保证推进剂从贮箱到发动机的液态供应,拟采用热动力排气系统(Thermodynamic Vent System,TVS)来实现推进剂的热管理。以单位长度液氧管路为例,阐述了热动力排气系统的原理,进行热动力排气系统孔板及TVS管路设计、在轨贮存时间计算、TVS管路排放量计算以及排放量影响因素分析。
為瞭實現低溫推進劑的長期在軌貯存,保證推進劑從貯箱到髮動機的液態供應,擬採用熱動力排氣繫統(Thermodynamic Vent System,TVS)來實現推進劑的熱管理。以單位長度液氧管路為例,闡述瞭熱動力排氣繫統的原理,進行熱動力排氣繫統孔闆及TVS管路設計、在軌貯存時間計算、TVS管路排放量計算以及排放量影響因素分析。

To achieve long-term on-orbit storage of cryogenic propellant and ensure the feeding of liquid propellant from tank to engine, the Thermodynamic Vent System (TVS) was used to achieve heat management initially. Taking a liquid oxygen line in unit length as an example, the theory of TVS was expounded, the orifice and TVS line of the TVS were designed, and the on-orbit storage time and mass flow of TVS line were calculated. At last, the factors that affected mass flow were analyzed.
