通过对比封闭式级间分离方案与开排焰窗口级间分离方案的差别,给出封闭式分离时序设计和特殊环境条件,并结合在固体飞行器飞行姿控执行机构中首次应用的机电伺服机构工作特点,对机电伺服机构在封闭式级间分离条件下的扰动力矩、憋压和热流等环境适应性进行分析,为封闭式分离方案下的伺服机构设计提供参考。

This paper is aimed to investigate the difference of closed stage separation and separation with vent-window open for launch vehicles. Firstly, the separation sequence design and special environmental conditions are analyzed. Then, the working characteristics of electromechanical servo system which first applied in a kind of solid engine vehicle are presented. Subsequently, environmental adaptability of electromechanical servo under the closed stage separation condition in terms of disturbed moment and close pressure and thermal flow is analyzed. The presented method of adaptability analysis can be applied to other servo systems design for closed stage separation condition.
