柔性帘线/橡胶复合材料缓冲器(简称缓冲器)依靠自身大变形、膨胀触地将数百吨后坐大载荷传递到地面,在起到缓冲效果的同时,降低对系统的力学环境影响。通过对帘线/橡胶复合材料的本构关系进行研究,针对缓冲器相关参数对力学性能的影响规律进行分析,提出缓冲器力学性能优化方法。利用此方法进行优化的缓冲器试验结果与仿真分析结果吻合较好,为系统力学环境及结构设计优化提供支撑。

Elastic polyamide fiber enhanced rubber composite buffer(buffer for short)can transfer hundreds of tons of launching recoil load to the ground by great self-transforming, which can afford buffering, and lower the effect on the launching system. Constitutive model of the composite was obtained by experiment study. According to the simulation study of polyamide fiber enhanced rubber composite,the influence rules of buffer parameters on mechanical properties were analyzed and a optimization method for mechanical properties was acquired. The experiment results of the optimized buffer using the established method agreed well with the simulation results, which can support the optimization of load environment and structure design for the launching platform.
