为解决再造烟叶丝在掺配过程中物料欠松散、铺料不匀、掺配均匀性差等问题,进行了相关研究与改进:①改进松散装置布局,将松散装置安装于皮带秤后双向输送带的出料口处,使该装置达到最佳松散效果;②利用行星轴式的无中心轴技术设计鼠笼式松散辊,避免中心轴对再造烟叶丝铺料产生影响;③利用单一变量法,得到传统式松散装置的最佳转速为114 r/min,鼠笼式松散装置的最佳转速为48 r/min;④利用“九宫格”式分割技术设计了检测掺配物铺料均匀性方法,在相同实验条件下,分别利用传统式和鼠笼式松散装置对再造烟叶丝松散度、铺料连续性、掺配均匀性进行对比试验。结果表明:①建立的分割式检验掺配物铺料均匀性的检测方法,提升了再造烟叶丝铺料均匀性的检测水平,消除了再造烟叶丝实际瞬时流量与设定瞬时流量的偏差。②采用鼠笼式松散辊代替传统式松散辊,有效提高了再造烟叶丝的松散效率和掺配均匀性,再造烟叶丝与叶丝在单位区域内所占比例之差的波动区间由±5%减少到±0.5%。改进后较好地解决了再造烟叶丝在掺配过程中的松散度和均匀性问题,提升了烟丝内在品质的稳定性。

위해결재조연협사재참배과정중물료흠송산、포료불균、참배균균성차등문제,진행료상관연구여개진:①개진송산장치포국,장송산장치안장우피대칭후쌍향수송대적출료구처,사해장치체도최가송산효과;②이용행성축식적무중심축기술설계서롱식송산곤,피면중심축대재조연협사포료산생영향;③이용단일변량법,득도전통식송산장치적최가전속위114 r/min,서롱식송산장치적최가전속위48 r/min;④이용“구궁격”식분할기술설계료검측참배물포료균균성방법,재상동실험조건하,분별이용전통식화서롱식송산장치대재조연협사송산도、포료련속성、참배균균성진행대비시험。결과표명:①건립적분할식검험참배물포료균균성적검측방법,제승료재조연협사포료균균성적검측수평,소제료재조연협사실제순시류량여설정순시류량적편차。②채용서롱식송산곤대체전통식송산곤,유효제고료재조연협사적송산효솔화참배균균성,재조연협사여협사재단위구역내소점비례지차적파동구간유±5%감소도±0.5%。개진후교호지해결료재조연협사재참배과정중적송산도화균균성문제,제승료연사내재품질적은정성。
To promote the loosening, spreading and blending of cut reconstituted tobacco, following improvements were carried out: 1)Relocating the loosening device to the outlet of the two-way belt behind the belt weighter to obtain the optimal loosening effect. 2) Designing a cage type loosening roller by incorporating planetary shaft structure to avoid tobacco spreading from being interrupted by a central shaft. 3)The optimized rotation rates for traditional and cage type loosening devices obtained by single variable testing were 114 and 48 r/min, respectively. 4) Grid sampling method was used for evaluating the uniformity of tobacco spreading. Under the same experimental conditions, the traditional and cage type loosening devices were compared in terms of loosening degree, spreading continuity and blending uniformity of cut reconstituted tobacco. The results showed that: 1)The developed grid sampling method effectively improved the testing precision of spreading uniformity and eliminated the deviation between actual and set instantaneous flow of cut reconstituted tobacco. 2) Replacing traditional loosening roller with cage type device effectively improved the loosening efficiency and blending uniformity of cut reconstituted tobacco, the difference between the proportions of cut reconstituted tobacco and cut strips in a unit area decreased from ±5% to ±0.5%. The loosening degree and blending uniformity of cut reconstituted <br> tobacco and the consistency of intrinsic quality of cut filler were improved.
