目的：研究分析创伤性股骨头坏死患者临床的治疗方式。方法选取2013年～2014年我院的27例患者来进行研究分析，将其分为对照组和实验组，对照组使用保守治疗，实验组使用人工髓关节置换术，对比分析临床治疗情况。结果实验组有84.5%的患者治疗效果比较优秀，对照组是57.1%，实验组患者的髋关节活动情况和屈曲程度、Harris评分及生活质量要比对照组优秀。结论创伤性股骨头坏死疾病的患者接受保守治疗的效果没有手术治疗效果优秀，手术治疗中使用人工髓关节置换术的治疗效果明显，优秀率高，临床患者的关节活动和屈曲程度均比较理想，是可靠的治疗方式。
목적：연구분석창상성고골두배사환자림상적치료방식。방법선취2013년～2014년아원적27례환자래진행연구분석，장기분위대조조화실험조，대조조사용보수치료，실험조사용인공수관절치환술，대비분석림상치료정황。결과실험조유84.5%적환자치료효과비교우수，대조조시57.1%，실험조환자적관관절활동정황화굴곡정도、Harris평분급생활질량요비대조조우수。결론창상성고골두배사질병적환자접수보수치료적효과몰유수술치료효과우수，수술치료중사용인공수관절치환술적치료효과명현，우수솔고，림상환자적관절활동화굴곡정도균비교이상，시가고적치료방식。
Objective To study the clinical analysis of traumatic femoral head necrosispatients treatment.Methods A total of 27 cases from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital patients carryed on the research analysis,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group used conservative treatment, the experimental group used artificial hip replacement,a comparative analysis of the clinical treatment.ResultsThe experimental group had 84.5% patients with the treatment efect was relatively excelent,the control group was 57.1%. Scores of quality of life of patients in the experimental groupand the hip joint activities and buckling degree. Harris was better than the control group of outstanding.Conclusion Traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head diseasepatients received conservative treatment efect of no operation treatment efect is good,the use of artificial hip joint replacement operation in the treatment of treatment efect is obvious,the excelent rate is high,clinical joint activities and buckling degree is more rational,reliable treatment.
