目的：研究和观察对严重眼外伤患者采用玻璃体手术治疗的效果。方法收集严重眼外伤患者31例，共31眼，所有患者均接受玻璃体手术治疗，对他们的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果在手术后有19例（61.3%）患者的视力提高，9例（29.0%）患者视力不变，3例（9.7%）患者视力下降；所有眼内有异物的患者均将异物成功取出；术前有19例患者的视网膜脱离，其中16例成功复位。结论在严重眼外伤患者的治疗过程中使用玻璃体手术治疗，治疗效果较好，能够在最大程度上挽救患者的眼球和视力。

목적：연구화관찰대엄중안외상환자채용파리체수술치료적효과。방법수집엄중안외상환자31례，공31안，소유환자균접수파리체수술치료，대타문적림상자료진행회고성분석화총결。결과재수술후유19례（61.3%）환자적시력제고，9례（29.0%）환자시력불변，3례（9.7%）환자시력하강；소유안내유이물적환자균장이물성공취출；술전유19례환자적시망막탈리，기중16례성공복위。결론재엄중안외상환자적치료과정중사용파리체수술치료，치료효과교호，능구재최대정도상만구환자적안구화시력。
Objective To study and observe the severe vitreous operation treatment in trauma patients.MethodsThirty-one cases of severe ocular trauma were colected,a total of 31 eyes,al patients were underwent operation treatment,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results After the operation in 19 cases(61.3%)of patients with visual acuity improved in 9 cases(29%),remained unchanged in 3 cases patients,(9.7%) patients with decreased visual acuity intraocular foreign body,al the patients were successfuly removed the foreign bodies,19 cases of preoperative patients with retinal detachment,including 16 cases of successful return.Conclusion The use of vitreous operation therapy in the treatment of severe ocular trauma patients,the treatment effect is better,can save the eye and vision of patients to the greatest extent,and is worthy of popularization and application.
