本文运用图像信号处理计数，首先将彩色图像转化为灰度图像，然后对灰度图像进行中值滤波处理，并把去除噪声后的图像二值化，从而进行计数。最后分析了分散排列，密集排列，分散但有噪点三种情况下的测量准确率。

In this article , Applying Image Processing Technology . Firstly,convert color images into grayimages .Then,Treat grayscale images with median-filter method.Finally, binarize the images which are removed noise,and Binary images can count and display the image .Finally, the paper analyzes Dispersivearrangement,Dense array and Scattered but there is noise which in three cases of the accuracy of measuring.
