对合肥市义城镇中面临拆迁的4个村180位农民进行了问卷调查和走访，利用Logistic模型对该区域被征地农民拆迁意愿的影响因素进行分析，得出是否具有职业技能、家庭抚养负担、家庭养老保险参与度、现有住房条件满意度和是否知道补偿标准5项是影响农民拆迁意愿的显著因素，根据回归分析结果为政府工作提出了三点建议。

In this study ,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 180 farmers from 4 villages of the tow n of Yicheng ,Hefei .Applying the Logistic regression model to the data collected in the survey ,the main factors that influence the farmers'willingness towards house demolition were analyzed .Five factors ,inclu-ding w hether one has vocational skills ,the burden level of household supporting ,family participation of en-dowment ,the satisfaction of one's present housing condition ,as well as whether one knows the compensation policy ,were proved to be the main influential factors .In the end ,three suggestions were put forward for the government according to the findings .
