为落实好高校专业技术职务自主聘任工作，从分析高校专业技术职务评聘制度的沿革、高校专业技术职务聘任制改革入手，在专业技术职务自主聘任的实践进程中，围绕自主聘任工作中的岗位设置要合理、聘任方案要科学、聘任程序要规范、聘任纪律要严肃等关键环节进行阐述。
為落實好高校專業技術職務自主聘任工作，從分析高校專業技術職務評聘製度的沿革、高校專業技術職務聘任製改革入手，在專業技術職務自主聘任的實踐進程中，圍繞自主聘任工作中的崗位設置要閤理、聘任方案要科學、聘任程序要規範、聘任紀律要嚴肅等關鍵環節進行闡述。
위락실호고교전업기술직무자주빙임공작，종분석고교전업기술직무평빙제도적연혁、고교전업기술직무빙임제개혁입수，재전업기술직무자주빙임적실천진정중，위요자주빙임공작중적강위설치요합리、빙임방안요과학、빙임정서요규범、빙임기률요엄숙등관건배절진행천술。
In order to ensure that the work of autonomous evaluation and appointment of professional and technical posts is well implemented, after analyzing the valuation of appointment system in colleges and universities and the reform on the professional and technical posts, this paper discusses the main issues during the course of the practice of the autonomous evaluation that the post should be set reasonably, the scheme should be made scientifically, the procedure should be worked normatively, and the evaluation and appointment should be disciplined strictly.
