分析当前高职辅导员队伍存在的主观与客观问题，在教育国际化背景下，从示范高职培养国际性复合型人才角度，高职辅导员应具备的素质，指出更新教育理念、创新工作思路、创造教育环境、构建全程育人的思政教育体系等措施对于提升辅导员队伍素质的必要性。

This paper analyzes the existing issues of the current vocational counselors from the subjective and the objective perspectives .Trying to analyze the qualifications of counselors in demonstrative higher vocational college under the background of education internationalization, it put forwards the necessity of taking measures of changing education idea, updating the work means, creating educational environment, constructing the whole education system of ideological and political education system to improve the quality of the counselor team.
