当前我国非公有制经济发展进入到一个新的发展时期，由原来的快速发展进入到转型升级阶段，非公经济发展存在的问题仍然较多，转型升级较难。以马鞍山非公经济为例，针对非公经济发展存在的问题，如何解决非公经济发展的制约因素，提出相关对策与建议。
噹前我國非公有製經濟髮展進入到一箇新的髮展時期，由原來的快速髮展進入到轉型升級階段，非公經濟髮展存在的問題仍然較多，轉型升級較難。以馬鞍山非公經濟為例，針對非公經濟髮展存在的問題，如何解決非公經濟髮展的製約因素，提齣相關對策與建議。
당전아국비공유제경제발전진입도일개신적발전시기，유원래적쾌속발전진입도전형승급계단，비공경제발전존재적문제잉연교다，전형승급교난。이마안산비공경제위례，침대비공경제발전존재적문제，여하해결비공경제발전적제약인소，제출상관대책여건의。
T he current development of non-public sectors of the economy of our country has entered into a new period w hich is transiting from the previous rapid development to a stage of transformation and upgra-ding ,there still exist many problems in the development ,the transformation and upgrading is difficult .Tak-ing the non-public ownership economy in Ma'anshan city as an example and considering the poblems in the de-velopment ,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on how to deal with the restricting factors in the development of non-public ow nership economy .
