采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Standard分析薄壁输送管传感器接管嘴与网套波纹管结构形式对输送管疲劳寿命的影响。仿真结果表明,将输送管传感器接头布置在靠近发动机端,有利于降低管接头处的振动响应,从而提高管接头的疲劳寿命;网套波纹管的局部结构对输送管的疲劳寿命有较大影响,通过优化局部结构,疲劳寿命明显提高,并经过了试验验证。
採用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS/Standard分析薄壁輸送管傳感器接管嘴與網套波紋管結構形式對輸送管疲勞壽命的影響。倣真結果錶明,將輸送管傳感器接頭佈置在靠近髮動機耑,有利于降低管接頭處的振動響應,從而提高管接頭的疲勞壽命;網套波紋管的跼部結構對輸送管的疲勞壽命有較大影響,通過優化跼部結構,疲勞壽命明顯提高,併經過瞭試驗驗證。

Two improved schemes of the piping are presented in the paper. One is to place the connection-line nozzle for sensor near the fixed flange at the engine side, the other is to use the structure of bellows with net cover. Through the finite element analysis method of Abaqus/Standard, it is verified that the two optimiztion designs are effective for improving the fatigue life of the pipeline configuration.
