研究提出一种针对线式分离装置的可靠性验证与评估新方法,基于爆炸冲击动力学原理给出圆筒与平板升降法试验临界药量等效转化关系,并将可靠度评估问题转化为对参数假设检验问题,用小样本平板低刺激量成败型试验数据,实现对高可靠性水平线式分离装置发火可靠度下限的验证与评估。

A reliability validation and evaluation method of linear separation devices was presented in this paper. Based on blast impact dynamics principle, the critical charge weight equivalent conversion relationship between cylinder and flat in up-and-down method test was put forward. Furthermore, the reliability evaluation problem was successfully transformed into a problem of parameter hypothesis checking in this method. The experiment results indicated that the validation and evaluation of lower limit of combustion reliability for linear separation devices with high reliability level can be accomplished, via the small sample of success or failure data of plate experiments in a low level of stimulus.
