根据贮箱式冷气释放机构的工作原理,利用热力学模型理论建立释放过程的内弹道模型,模型中考虑了真实气体参数、释放筒间隙漏气及释放物旋转等因素。根据模型编制计算程序,开展不同充填压力下的释放试验,并测量出被释放物的出筒速度,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。试验结果验证了模型的合理性,为贮箱式冷气释放机构设计提供了理论研究方法。

The interior ballistic releasing model was established using thermodynamics theory based on the structure and the work principle of cold-gas release mechanism. And real gas, gap gas leakage and released object rotating were considered in the model. According to the model, the computer program was developed by FORTRON. The experiments under different pressures were carried out, and the velocity of released object was tested. Calculation results coincide with the experiment results, the releasing model was validated by the experiment results. The study offers theoretical method for the design of cold-gas release mechanism.
