本文通过职位分析发现当前不足及其原因，认为职位分析内容包括职位基本属性、职位工作内容和职位胜任特征模型三部分，并对其分析方法进行讨论。针对胜任特征模型研究中的难点，本文提出基于案例推理的构建方法，有助于加深对职位分析重要性的认识，为公选制度的推广应用提供借鉴和参考。
본문통과직위분석발현당전불족급기원인，인위직위분석내용포괄직위기본속성、직위공작내용화직위성임특정모형삼부분，병대기분석방법진행토론。침대성임특정모형연구중적난점，본문제출기우안례추리적구건방법，유조우가심대직위분석중요성적인식，위공선제도적추엄응용제공차감화삼고。
This paper discusses the current shortage of job analysis and its reason firstly,and then considers that the content of job analysis should include three parts:job basic attributes,job duties and job competency model.The methods of job analysis are discussed,and a model based on case-based reasoning is proposed.The purpose of this paper is to deepen understanding of the importance of job analysis,and to provide references for the application of opening selection system.
