现浇箱梁在目前的公路、铁路以及市政桥梁工程中都有着广泛的应用,现浇箱梁支架形式多种多样,主要有落地式满堂支架、贝雷梁支架、军用梁支架以及造桥机施工等。根据现场实际情况综合考虑现浇支架形式,在山谷、河流以及桥下地基较软的情况下,采用落地式满堂支架较难实现,墩旁牛腿贝雷梁支架、军用梁支架以及造桥机优势明显。在快速施工逐孔现浇梁时,造桥机有存在下一孔工作面不能及时提供的缺陷,墩旁牛腿贝雷梁支架显现出更强的适用性。在我国桥梁施工中广泛适用的“321”型贝雷片是在原英制贝雷桁架桥基础上,结合我国国情和实际情况研制而成的快速组装桥梁,于1965年定型生产,在我国得到了很大发展,广泛应用于国防,战备、交通工程、市政水利工程,具有结构简单、运输方便、架设快捷、载重量大、互换性好、适应性强的特点。墩旁牛腿配合加强型贝雷纵梁形成的现浇梁支架形式结构简单,组装灵活,装卸方便,是快速施工逐孔现浇梁的理想选择。
