厦漳泉三市高等教育资源共享的实现，受原有观念、体制、资金、成本、技术以及评价标准相关因素的影响。本研究提出加强政府宏观调控机制、细化高校微观运作机制、健全共享监督和评价机制等策略，为厦漳泉区域高等教育资源的有效共享提供理论依据。

The sharing of resources of higher education about Xiamen and Zhangzhou and Quanzhou metropolitan area are affected by the original idea, system, capital, technology, cost evaluation criteria and related factors. This study proposes to strengthen the government's macro-control mechanism, detailed University micro operating mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism of sound sharing strategy, provide a theoretical basis for the higher education resource sharing about Xiamen and Zhangzhou and Quanzhou metropolitan area.
