烟叶中的甾醇在卷烟燃烧过程中生成致癌物-多环芳烃(PAHs)。笔者主要阐述了植物甾醇在卷烟减害研究、调控植物生长发育和响应植物胁迫中的作用,重点介绍了植物甾醇合成代谢途径以及该途径中的关键酶基因。
煙葉中的甾醇在捲煙燃燒過程中生成緻癌物-多環芳烴(PAHs)。筆者主要闡述瞭植物甾醇在捲煙減害研究、調控植物生長髮育和響應植物脅迫中的作用,重點介紹瞭植物甾醇閤成代謝途徑以及該途徑中的關鍵酶基因。

Plant sterols in tobacco leaves can generate the carcinogen - polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the combustion process of cigarette. In this article, the roles of plant sterols in tobacco harm reduction research, the regulation of plant growth and development, and the response to plant stress were primarily discussed, and the plant sterol biosynthetic pathway and key enzymes in this pathway were mainly introduced.
