目的：研究并讨论不同影像学方法对急性肺血栓栓塞症的诊断效果，并分析其应用价值。方法选取我院自2012年9月～2013年9月期间收治的90例急性肺血栓栓塞患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例，实验组患者给予螺旋CT肺动脉造影及下肢静脉造影检查，对照组患者给予彩超技术检查。比较两组检查方法的灵敏度，比较两组检查方法的特异度。结果实验组患者的检查灵敏度以及特异度高于对照组患者，组间差异较大，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论螺旋CT肺动脉造影及下肢静脉造影术的灵敏度和特异度较高。

ObjectiveTo study and discuss the different imaging methods in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary thromboembolism effect,and analyzes its application value.Methods Selected our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 admitted during the period of 90 cases of patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=45),the experimental group patients give spiral CT pulmonary angiography and lower extremity venous imaging examination,control group patients give colour to exceed the technical inspection. Compare two groups of check method,the sensitivity of the checking method of comparing two groups of specific degrees. ResultsThe patients of inspection sensitivity and speciality rate was significantly higher than the control group patients,differences between groups, statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).ConclusionSpiral CT pulmonary angiography and has a high sensitivity and specific degree of lower limb vein angiography.
