目的：研究脑血管重建术治疗出血性烟雾病的治疗效果及其对预后的影响。方法对37例出血性烟雾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果29例行脑血管重建术的患者中5例出现再出血，8例保守治疗的患者中4例发生再出血。脑血管造影显示直接搭桥及直接和间接联合搭桥手术的血运重建效果优于单纯间接搭桥手术。手术治疗患者发生再出血的时间间隔长于保守治疗患者。结论血管重建术治疗出血性烟雾病的疗效及预后可能均优于保守治疗。
목적：연구뇌혈관중건술치료출혈성연무병적치료효과급기대예후적영향。방법대37례출혈성연무병환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과29례행뇌혈관중건술적환자중5례출현재출혈，8례보수치료적환자중4례발생재출혈。뇌혈관조영현시직접탑교급직접화간접연합탑교수술적혈운중건효과우우단순간접탑교수술。수술치료환자발생재출혈적시간간격장우보수치료환자。결론혈관중건술치료출혈성연무병적료효급예후가능균우우보수치료。
Objectives To investigate the effects of revascularization surgery on hemorrhagic moyamoya disease.Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 37 patients with hemorrhagic moyamoya disease were analyzed retrospectively.Different treatments, which included direct bypass, indirect bypass, combined bypass and conserved treatment, were compared as well.Results Pa-tients who underwent revascularization surgery had a lower chance of rebleeding and a longer stroke-free time than those with con-served treatment.Direct and combined bypass surgery had a better revascularization efficiency than indirect way.Conclusions Re-vascularization surgery may be an effective treatment in hemorrhagic moyamoya disease.
