目的：研究分析急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理方法。方法2012年～2014年我院共选取了16例急性胰腺炎患者，对患者进行了临床症状分析，提供有效的护理，对患者的护理效果进行回顾性分析，并对比护理前后效果。结果此次对16例急性胰腺炎患者的研究显示，有13例好转出院，2例转外科治疗，1例死亡。结论临床中护理人员对急性胰腺炎患者的病因和表现需要进行了解，提供针对性护理，适当的心理护理也能够稳定患者的情绪，让患者的治疗效果获得提升，降低患者的死亡率。为急性胰腺炎患者提供科学有效的护理，观察病情，能够降低患者的急性胰腺炎发病率，提升抢救成功率。
목적：연구분석급성이선염환자적림상호리방법。방법2012년～2014년아원공선취료16례급성이선염환자，대환자진행료림상증상분석，제공유효적호리，대환자적호리효과진행회고성분석，병대비호리전후효과。결과차차대16례급성이선염환자적연구현시，유13례호전출원，2례전외과치료，1례사망。결론림상중호리인원대급성이선염환자적병인화표현수요진행료해，제공침대성호리，괄당적심리호리야능구은정환자적정서，양환자적치료효과획득제승，강저환자적사망솔。위급성이선염환자제공과학유효적호리，관찰병정，능구강저환자적급성이선염발병솔，제승창구성공솔。
Objective To study the clinical nursing methods for the patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods From 2012 to 2014 in our hospital,16 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected,the clinical symptoms of patients were analyzed,providing effective nursing,the nursing effect were analyzed retrospectively,and compared before and after care effect.ResultsThis study of 16 patients with acute pancreatitis were showed,there were 13 cases cured and left the hospital,surgical therapy in 2 cases,1 cases of death.Conclusion Patients with acute pancreatitis etiology andclinical nurses need to understand,to provide targeted care,heart care properly can also stabilize the patient's emotions,make the treatment of patients with promotion, reduce the mortality rate of patients. To provide scientific and effective nursing,observation of disease for patients with acute pancreatitis,can reduce the incidence of acute pancreatitis patients,improve the success rate of rescue.
