心血管疾病是威胁人类健康的重大疾病，心血管疾病危险因素包括血脂异常、高血压、年龄、吸烟、糖耐量受损、早发心血管病家族史、肥胖、代谢综合征等。肥胖是心血管疾病的重要危险因素，尤其是腹型肥胖。近年来，随着肥胖人群的增多，对肥胖相关性疾病的研究重点已从单纯脂肪量的改变和肥胖程度转移到脂肪组织分布上。脂质分布与心血管疾病风险的关系越来越受到重视。脂质分布于人体血浆、内脏、皮下、血管外周及心外膜等全身各部位，各部位脂肪组织与心血管疾病均有一定程度的关系。为进一步研究脂质分布情况与心血管疾病风险的关系，更好地认识心血管疾病风险、防治心血管疾病，本文对各部位脂质含量、分布特征及其与心血管疾病风险关系的相关研究进行综述。

Cardiovascular disease is a major disease threat to human health.Cardiovascular disease risk factors including dyslipi-demia, hypertension, age, smoking, impaired glucose tolerance, family history of early onset of cardiovascular disease, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and so on.Obesity, especially abdominal obesity, is an important risk factor of cardiovascular disease.In re-cent years,along with the increase in obesity, the study of obesity related disease focus has changed from pure fat mass and the de-gree of obesity transferred to adipose tissue distribution.Along with the increase in obesity, the relationship between the lipid distri-bution and the risk of cardiovascular disease are more and more be taken seriously.Lipids in human plasma, visceral, subcutane-ous, perivascular, epicardial and each part of the body.Each part of adipose tissue and cardiovascular disease have a certain degree of relationship.For further studying the relation between the risk of cardiovascular disease and lipid distribution, better prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, in this paper, the various parts of lipid content and distribution characteristics and its rela-tionship with the risk of cardiovascular disease research results and the related progress review.
