目的：评价腹股沟斜疝在局麻下行无张力修补术后疗效。方法局麻下手术84例纳入局麻组，硬膜外麻醉下手术73例纳入硬膜外组，对比相关指标。结果局麻组时间相关指标、总费用、并发率均低于硬膜外组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论局麻有助于改善患者短期预后，加速患者康复，减轻医疗负担。
目的：評價腹股溝斜疝在跼痳下行無張力脩補術後療效。方法跼痳下手術84例納入跼痳組，硬膜外痳醉下手術73例納入硬膜外組，對比相關指標。結果跼痳組時間相關指標、總費用、併髮率均低于硬膜外組，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論跼痳有助于改善患者短期預後，加速患者康複，減輕醫療負擔。
목적：평개복고구사산재국마하행무장력수보술후료효。방법국마하수술84례납입국마조，경막외마취하수술73례납입경막외조，대비상관지표。결과국마조시간상관지표、총비용、병발솔균저우경막외조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론국마유조우개선환자단기예후，가속환자강복，감경의료부담。
Objective To evaluate the eficacy of tension free inguinal hernia repair surgery under local anesthesia.Methods Operation of 84 patients included in the local anesthesia group,epidural anesthesia during the operation of 73 patients included in the epidural group,compared related indicators.ResultsThe relevant indicators,local anesthesia group,with the total cost of the time were lower than the rate of epidural anesthesia group,the diference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Local anesthesia is helpful to improve the short-term prognosis of patients,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the medical burden.
