电动转向油泵总成的参数匹配及控制策略是电动液压转向系统的关键技术。以CA6121URBEV2型纯电动客车为平台,依据转向泵的基本参数及工作特性确定了油泵电机的额定工作扭矩、峰值工作扭矩、额定工作转速等,从保障整车高压电气安全性、行驶安全性和降低总成能量消耗的角度出发,开发了电动泵总成的高压上下电策略、转速控制策略和故障处理策略,并通过台架试验验证了该电动泵总成参数匹配的合理性和控制策略的可行性。
電動轉嚮油泵總成的參數匹配及控製策略是電動液壓轉嚮繫統的關鍵技術。以CA6121URBEV2型純電動客車為平檯,依據轉嚮泵的基本參數及工作特性確定瞭油泵電機的額定工作扭矩、峰值工作扭矩、額定工作轉速等,從保障整車高壓電氣安全性、行駛安全性和降低總成能量消耗的角度齣髮,開髮瞭電動泵總成的高壓上下電策略、轉速控製策略和故障處理策略,併通過檯架試驗驗證瞭該電動泵總成參數匹配的閤理性和控製策略的可行性。

Parameter matching and control strategy of electric steering pump are critical technologies of electro-hydraulic steering system. In this paper, CA6121URBEV2 pure electric bus serves as a platform, rated torque, peak torque and rated speed of the driven motor are defined according to basic parameters and working characteristics of the steering pump. The power ON-OFF strategy, speed control strategy and fault handling strategy of the electric pump assembly are developed to assure the safety of high voltage electrical system, vehicle driving safety and reduction of energy consumption of the assembly. Bench tests have been carried out, which verify that parameter matching of the electric steering pump assembly is reasonable and the control strategies are feasible.
