目的：探讨脊柱外科中脑脊液漏的治疗和预防。方法选择我院收治的40例脊柱外科中并发脑脊液漏患者作为研究对象，观察40例患者临床治疗效果，总结脊柱外科中脑脊液漏的预防措施。结果40例脊柱外科中脑脊液漏患者经过治疗，痊愈40例，治疗总有效率为100%。结论通过治疗和预防措施，有效缩短了患者愈合时间，取得理想的治疗效果。
목적：탐토척주외과중뇌척액루적치료화예방。방법선택아원수치적40례척주외과중병발뇌척액루환자작위연구대상，관찰40례환자림상치료효과，총결척주외과중뇌척액루적예방조시。결과40례척주외과중뇌척액루환자경과치료，전유40례，치료총유효솔위100%。결론통과치료화예방조시，유효축단료환자유합시간，취득이상적치료효과。
Objective To study the treatment and prevention of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spinal surgery.MethodsForty cases of our hospital and cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spinal surgery patients as the research object,the clinical curative effect observation of 40 patients,summarizes the cerebrospinal fluid leakage prevention measures in spine surgery.Results Forty cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spinal surgery patients after treatment,40 cases were cured,treatment the total effective rate was 100%.ConclusionThrough the treatment and prevention measures,effectively shorten the healing time, obtain ideal treatment effect.
