研究了凹凸棒石的改性条件及改性凹凸棒石对白酒老熟的影响,通过单因素和正交实验确定了凹凸棒石的改性条件,测定了改性凹凸棒石的不同添加量、不同处理时间和不同酒精度对白酒老熟效果的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒石在600℃下加热4 h改性且改性后凹凸棒石对白酒的老熟效果好;改性凹凸棒石的添加量为2.1‰,处理时间24 h,酒精度60.6%vol时对白酒的老熟效果较好,可达到自然老熟3年的效果。

In this study, the modified conditions of attapulgite and its effects on liquor aging were investigated. The modified conditions of at-tapulgite were determined by single factor test and orthogonal experiments, then the effects of different adding level of modified attapulgite, dif-ferent treating time, and different alcohol content on liquor aging were analyzed. The results suggested that, attapulgite was heated at 600℃for 4 h for modification, and the modified attapulgite had satisfactory effects (the same effects as 3-year natural aging) on liquor aging as its adding level was 2.1‰, the treating time was 24 h, and alcohol content was 60.6%vol.
