本文将结合高等院校发展的新环境，在对高等教育人力投入产出有关研究回顾的基础上，探讨高等教育的效益问题。围绕教育人力投入、特别是高等教育人力投入与办学效益之间的关系特征展开研究，深入探讨它们之间关系的判定问题。构建DEA模型，对辽宁省高等教育人力投入产出问题的成因进行分析并给出对策和建议。

Combined with the new environment for the development of colleges and universities, and the review of research on higher education human input and output, this article discusses the benefit of higher education. The study is developed around the relationship between education human input, especially higher education human input and school-running benefit and explores their relationship determination. The DEA model is established to analyze the cause of the problems of higher education human input and output in Liaoning Province analysis and some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
