耕地保护不仅关系到国家的粮食安全和亿万农民的生计保障，对于农村乃至全社会稳定、经济的可持续发展以及生态环境保护具有重要的作用。价值工程作为一项能够有效提高经济效益的管理技术，已经在建筑业、工业等领域得到了广泛的应用。文章创新性地将价值工程引入到耕地保护研究领域，围绕价值工程的具体实施步骤和方法，对耕地多功能保护进行价值分析，以提高耕地保护的有效水平，从而创造巨大的经济、社会和生态效益。

Farmland preservation is not only related to national food security and farmers’living guarantee, but also plays an important role in promoting the stability of rural area and the whole society, economic sustainable development and ecological environment protection. Value engineering, an effective management technology to promote economic efficiency, has been widely used in the construction, industry and other fields. This article innovatively applies the principle of value engineering to the field of farmland preservation, with the aim to improve the efficiency of farmland preservation and create huge economic, social and ecological benefits by analyzing the value of farmland multifunction preservation around the specific methods of value engineering.
