以某隧道为例，对软弱及破碎围岩钻爆参数进行了计算，研究了此条件下的炮眼布置及装药量，在实际工程中取得了较好的效果。对爆破导致的围岩超欠挖的原因进行了分析，提出了在软岩隧道控制爆破中应注意的问题，供类似工程参考。

Based on the A mountain tunnel, the control ed contour blasting parameters of soft rock ground were calculated. Arranging boreholes and explosive charge under the condition were studied, and achieved good results in the practical engineering. It was analyzed that he reason of overbreak-underbreak of surrounding rock in blasting excavation. The advertent questions are introduced on control ed blasting on soft rock tunnels for similar project.
