目的：调查北京地区基层部队官兵常见皮肤病病种分布及治疗用药配置情况，为合理配置医疗卫生资源及防治官兵皮肤病提供科学依据。方法对2012—2014年5～7月北京地区8个师旅团基层部队巡诊中官兵皮肤病病种分布情况进行统计分析，并对基层部队配置专科药物的情况进行分析。结果基层部队官兵皮肤病患病人数较多，且呈逐年增长趋势，2012—2014年就诊患者依次为654、792、852例。官兵最常见的3种皮肤疾病依次为足癣、湿疹和痤疮，3种疾病的总患病比例逐年增多。基层部队卫生部门的皮肤病专科药物配备情况总体较好，种类较全、数量较多、针对性较强，以外用药物为主，口服药物为辅。结论皮肤病是部队官兵多发的常见疾病之一，足癣、湿疹和痤疮是北京地区基层部队最常见的皮肤疾病，且呈现逐年上升趋势。北京地区基层部队卫生部门的皮肤病专科药物配备情况总体较好，但差异较大。

목적：조사북경지구기층부대관병상견피부병병충분포급치료용약배치정황，위합리배치의료위생자원급방치관병피부병제공과학의거。방법대2012—2014년5～7월북경지구8개사려단기층부대순진중관병피부병병충분포정황진행통계분석，병대기층부대배치전과약물적정황진행분석。결과기층부대관병피부병환병인수교다，차정축년증장추세，2012—2014년취진환자의차위654、792、852례。관병최상견적3충피부질병의차위족선、습진화좌창，3충질병적총환병비례축년증다。기층부대위생부문적피부병전과약물배비정황총체교호，충류교전、수량교다、침대성교강，이외용약물위주，구복약물위보。결론피부병시부대관병다발적상견질병지일，족선、습진화좌창시북경지구기층부대최상견적피부질병，차정현축년상승추세。북경지구기층부대위생부문적피부병전과약물배비정황총체교호，단차이교대。
Objective To investigate both incidence of dermatologic diseases and corresponding drug disposition among ofifcers and soldiers in Beijing area, and provide scientiifc data for their prevention and cure. Methods From May to July, 2012 to 2014, both epidemiological information of common skin diseases affecting ofifcers and soldiers in eight certain troops located in Beijing area and corresponding drug disposition were investigated, and then the data were analyzed. Results The number of skin diseases affecting ofifcers and soldiers were 2299 cases and increased year by year, for 2012 to 2014 there were 654,792 and 852 cases respectively. According to disease classiifcation, the most three common ones were tinea pedis, ecaema and acne, the overall prevalence ratio of the three diseases increased year by year. In general, the dermatological drugs were in better conditions, with a relatively complete variety and highly targeted, but the oral drugs were very limited. Conclusion The incidence of skin diseases was high and would impact the health status of ofifcers and soldiers. The most three common ones were tinea pedis, ecaema and acne, and the overall prevalence ratio of the three diseases increased year by year. In general, the dermatological drugs were in better conditions, but the difference is great.
