我国城市轨道交通发展迅速,运营管理专业的作用越来越重要,各职业院校为该专业建立了较为成熟的理论教学标准,但是实训装备体系缺乏统一标准。对14家城市轨道交通运营企业和全国79所职业院校进行了调研,结果表明,运营管理类岗位几乎都涉及设备设施的使用,但是仅有21所院校有合格的运营管理专业实训条件,其他的院校或者完全没有实训条件或者实训条件非常简陋,教学质量难以保证。根据典型的工作任务、核心职业能力和必要的课程体系,本文为运营管理专业提炼了21个必要的实训学习项目,将其能够实现的功能归纳成为10个实训室。这些建议对相关职业院校的实训装备体系建设有很好的参考价值。

The operation management professional is more and more important with the rapidly development of city rail traffic. The vocational colleges have established mature theoretical teaching standards for the professional, but there is still a lack of a uniifed standard for the training equipment system. The investigation of 14city rail traffic enterprises and 79 vocational colleges shows that operation management positions almost always involves the use of equipment and facilities, but only 21 colleges have qualiifed equipment, other colleges have no training conditions or very simple training conditions, which cannot ensure the quality of teaching. According to the typical tasks, core occupation ability and necessary curriculum system, this paper abstracts 21 necessary training projects and 10 training rooms for the operation management professional. These proposals have a good reference value for the construction of the training system in related vocational colleges.
