通过分析建筑能源利用现状,指出高层建筑给水系统水量能量方面,存在超压出流现象、给水管道和附件以及加压贮水设备的损坏导致的水量浪费和分区方法不当等现象,为了促进建筑节能工作的展开,针对提出的几个问题进行了深入的研究,得出了能够减少给水系统在运行过程中水量及能量损失的方法和相应的对策。

Through analyzing building energy utilization status,the paper points out high-rise building water supply system water quantity prob-lems,such as over pressure discharge,water supply pipeline and neighborhood pressure water storage equipment damage,water waste and inap-propriate distribution methods and so on,puts forward several problems for further deep research in order to promote building energy saving work, and shows methods of reducing water system water quantity and energy loss and corresponding countermeasures as well.
