对宁波市区农贸市场所售猪肉、肝和肾采取随机抽样试验，检测了猪肉、肝和肾中的四环素类药物、磺胺类药物和新霉素残留。检测结果表明：除了猪肉中磺胺类药物存在6．7％的超标率，猪肉中四环素类药物和新霉素，猪肝和猪肾中磺胺类、四环素类药物和新霉素均符合农业部2002年发布的《动物性食品中兽药最高残留限量》规定的标准。
