基于反思理论的大学外语教师行动研究以著名语言学家杜威提出的“反思性思维”为引导,以教师行动研究为实践方向,旨在促进和完善外语教师队伍的整体素质,提高教学质量,加强外语教学模式优化的进程,培养“综合型”外语人才,满足外语人才“素质化”和“多元化”的社会需求。
基于反思理論的大學外語教師行動研究以著名語言學傢杜威提齣的“反思性思維”為引導,以教師行動研究為實踐方嚮,旨在促進和完善外語教師隊伍的整體素質,提高教學質量,加彊外語教學模式優化的進程,培養“綜閤型”外語人纔,滿足外語人纔“素質化”和“多元化”的社會需求。

〔Abstract〕 The action research in English teaching is based on reflective theory by Dewey, the famous linguist. The research is aimed at enhancing and boosting the teaching staff in a comprehensive way with the guidance of teaching practice in order to improve the standard of teaching and strengthen the process of the teaching pattern. Thus, highly competent talents will be cultivated and employed for social working needs.
