In light of tilt cylinder problems occurring CAT D9R bulldozers construction process,such as tilt cylinder scratch,bruise,fracture and sealing ring damage and other problems,the thesis specially designs protective cover of tilt cylinder,and introduces its design scheme,with a view to prolong the tilt cylinder service life and reduce bulldozers operation cost as well.
