目的：对1例B(A)表型患者的家系进行调查，了解该血型在家系中的传递情况。方法对患者家系中的5人分别进行ABO正反血型鉴定、抗体筛选试验以及血型基因检测。结果患者与患者的儿子为B(A)型，患者的姐姐和小妹妹为AB3型，患者的大妹妹为正常A型。结论在分子生物学还不能普及的医院采用家系调查的方法，观察弱抗原在家系中的传递情况，可推测弱抗原的性质，对血清学诊断不明确的亚型标本的鉴定具有一定帮助。

목적：대1례B(A)표형환자적가계진행조사，료해해혈형재가계중적전체정황。방법대환자가계중적5인분별진행ABO정반혈형감정、항체사선시험이급혈형기인검측。결과환자여환자적인자위B(A)형，환자적저저화소매매위AB3형，환자적대매매위정상A형。결론재분자생물학환불능보급적의원채용가계조사적방법，관찰약항원재가계중적전체정황，가추측약항원적성질，대혈청학진단불명학적아형표본적감정구유일정방조。
Objective To investigate the family of one patient of B(A) phenotype in order to understand the trans-mission of the blood type in genealogy. Methods The four family members of the patient of B(A) phenotype all suffered ABO blood group identification, antibody detection, and blood type detection and genotype detection. Results The pa-tient and his son were found to be of B(A) phenotype, patient's elder sister and youngest sister are of AB3 phenotype, and the patient's younger sister is of A phenotype. Conclusion In hospitals that molecular biology are not popularized, in-vestigation of family members to observe the transmission of weak antigen can speculate the characters of weak anti-gen. It is of certain value for identifying subtypes specimens which can not be diagnosed by serology.
